Maria-Teresa Lahti – Key Account Manager

Motorsports has been my passion for as long as I can remember: I've raced in everything from rally sprint to folk race for more than 10 years. After studying international business in Finland and the Czech Republic, I knew I wanted a career connected to the automotive world. Since there are no car manufacturers in Finland, I had to look deeper. That's when I came across Simucube – and instantly felt it was the right fit.

I joined when the company had just 18 people, and today I'm proud to work as Key Account Manager while Simucube has grown to more than 60. What hasn't changed is the spirit: a supportive, inspiring workplace where I can stand fully behind the products we build and connect with passionate people across the sim racing community. For me, that makes work feel less like work and more like doing what I love.

Thomas Richter – Program Manager

I first came to Finland from Germany as an exchange student. What stayed with me wasn't just the studies — it was the strong sense of community. After finishing my degree back home, I knew I wanted to return.

Over the years, I moved from engineering to project management because I wanted to see more than just the technical side. I wanted to understand the full picture and connect with the people behind the work.

Now as Program Manager at Simucube, I help keep projects on track and teams aligned — all within an international team that truly supports one another.

Tuula Stenberg – Director of Supply Chain Management

I often describe supply chain management as a three-dimensional game of chess. Every move matters, and you need to think several steps ahead. That challenge is what motivates me – and it's why I've built my career in this field.

My journey has taken me across Finland and around the world, from electronics and product development to logistics, sourcing, and quality in heavier industries. At Simucube, I've come full circle back to electronics and found the right fit. Today, as Director of Supply Chain Management, I enjoy leading a skilled team, building sustainable practices, and keeping the entire chain running smoothly, from suppliers to customers.

Lassi Hämäläinen

MEET OUR CREW

Lassi Hämäläinen – Senior Software Developer

"Feedback isn't just pixels changing on the screen" is how I describe my work as a Senior Software Developer at Simucube. My coding journey began in high school and continued through my military service and university studies. Early on, I landed a job as an embedded software engineer, where I worked for six years before a headhunter introduced me to sim racing. The opportunity intrigued me, especially since I had been into racing games as a kid, and the role matched my skills perfectly.

At Simucube, I get to lead projects and see the tangible results of my work, something I missed in consulting. The collaborative culture here is what I enjoy most – everyone is encouraged to contribute, and the team atmosphere is fantastic. Whether we're tackling technical challenges or bonding over activities like rock climbing, the environment makes my work both rewarding and fun.

Ville Strandman – Supply Chain Manager

After starting my career in a large corporation, I realized I wanted something different – a smaller, more dynamic workplace where I could make a real impact. Susanna Lisma – People Lead for R&D

My career path has been unusual, starting with 25 years in healthcare as a nurse and later in leadership roles. I never imagined I'd end up in tech, but after completing a Master's in Knowledge Management and Leadership, my thesis on a four-day workweek at Simucube opened the door to a new role. Despite some doubts, I realized I could still help people by focusing on their well-being and development.

Now, as People Lead for Simucube's R&D team, I enjoy supporting our employees and improving their work-life. My non-technical background offers a fresh perspective, and I value the human-centered approach, connecting with individuals and shaping leadership.

Being part of Simucube's community has been rewarding. The people here are inspiring, and I've learned that with the right mindset, you can succeed in any path you choose.

Antti Salonen – Sales Manager

As a lifelong motorsports fan, joining Simucube has been a dream come true for me. When I first saw the job ad for a Sales Specialist, it felt like a perfect match – blending my sales background with my passion for sim racing. Now, as a Sales Manager, I manage a B2B client base of about forty companies, building connections and helping others experience the quality of our products.

What I love most is working with products I believe in. Having used sim racing gear myself, I know what sets Simucube apart, and that makes customer conversations more rewarding. Clients genuinely respect our brand, which makes my role feel meaningful.
