First discussion: The role – You meet some of your potential future colleagues and get an idea of what it would be like to work with the team. We'll talk about your experience and know-how – and what you want to learn next!
Second discussion: Values and vision – We will dive deeper into values and vision for the future. This is your chance to meet our CEO and founder and ask them questions about the company's past, present, and future.
Offer and onboarding – Once you have accepted our offer and signed the contract, we will start planning your onboarding. One of our Pitstop team members will be your primary contact from here on.
